That leaves 15 states where Bovada is blocked and Ignition or Cafe Casino are not: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington DC, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont and West Virginia.

A note on workarounds: using a VPN breaches the terms you agreed to, and operators enforce that at withdrawal — when your money is already inside. There's no regulator to appeal to. It isn't worth it.
"The card fees are absurd"
They are. Bovada's first card deposit is free of operator fees; every one after runs 15.9% or higher. On a $500 deposit that's about $80.
Go to Cafe Casino. Same group, same games, 5.90% on cards — around $29.50 on that same $500. It's the largest recurring cost difference between any two brands here, and unlike a welcome bonus you get it on every single deposit.

"Payouts are too slow"
Check which stage is slow before you switch. Bovada runs an internal review the operator states takes 24–48 hours, and only then does the method's clock start. If you're withdrawing by Bitcoin, that's a further 24 hours — and Bitcoin is Bovada's slowest crypto option, not its fastest.
Switching to Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash at Bovada takes you to under an hour after approval, at a $10 minimum. That fixes the problem without changing casino.
If you still want faster, Ignition's Bitcoin Lightning runs up to 15 minutes after approval. And whatever you do, don't move to Cafe Casino for speed — its 72-hour hold makes it structurally the slowest of the three sister brands despite the quickest processing at the end.
"I want poker"

Worth saying, because no competing page does:
