Two things jump out. Cafe Casino has the fastest method times of the three sister brands and the slowest real-world payout, because the 72-hour hold swamps the difference. Catch one: Bitcoin is the slow option
This is the most expensive misconception in the market. Most people default to Bitcoin because it's the coin they know. Before any of this: the deposit can fail too
Card deposits at these operators are not guaranteed. Bovada states the cause is usually "restrictions placed on the card itself and are not imposed by Bovada", and that after three failed attempts with the same card you are locked out of that card for 24 hours, a restriction it says it cannot remove.
One retry is sensible. A third is expensive.
Things that slow a payout down regardless of method
Unplayed deposits. Most operators require your deposit to be turned over before it can be withdrawn; requesting a payout on an unplayed balance can get the withdrawal cancelled.
An unfinished bonus. Requesting a withdrawal mid-rollover typically forfeits the bonus and anything won with it. Check where you stand before you click.
